It Has Been Said; "A Fortune Waiting To Be Had!"

I guess I just have to say something about this.

This phenomenon within the United States (and other countries I imagine) that likens to ambulance chasing.

It seems there is a sickness within the social elements and business world of actually chasing down any sort of "willed" accounts being held for the purpose of execution at a later date and pre-assigned time, and further doing anything possible to get to the contents of them, regardless of the level of illegal activity that must transpire to "justify" the eventual transfer of said funds to the "interested" parties.

Sadly, those "interested parties" are hardly ever whom the "willed" sum is meant for in these transfers.

Being a Minister, and a Minister with a current interest in the idea of Representative Democracy... further, the idea of impermanence which it presents in an efficient way, I find that I would choose in such a situation of being the recipient of such sums, the option of having the total amount disbursed throughout the current population of the United States EQUALLY as per the most recent census. Especially in regard to my own demise after having either received such a sum in my life time, or after having earned and amassed such a considerable sum as would be the target of such activities. In so many words, such a method of disbursing any estate of my own would definitely be my choice within any document such as a "last will and testament."

I do have to laugh at the idea of a "last will and testament" simply because of the tendencies within the legal world of such activities as allowing such desperate activities to transpire for what ever sad excuse in reasons is repeatedly issued as justification.

The fact is, there is no reason or justification for partaking in the violation of already established agreements and contracts of the sort, but for some reason that fact seems to slip the minds of many "upstanding" legal representatives.

It seems that the common occurrence in regard to long held and usually considerable amounts in such accounts, is that the "new" legal representatives in the "old" firm(s) which were employed as per their integrity to duefully hold to the requests they were paid to maintain, seem to not see that responsibility as their own for some reason. Usually, I would guess, in light of the possibility of procuring a portion of said large sums.

This is even further reason that I would employ such a method of disbursement as is simply issuing everyone, every citizen of the United States an equal portion of said estate. Regardless of how insignificant and small that issued payment would be.

I find a curious interest on a personal level in this direction as well.

It seems that the effect would greatly enable a wider range of other successes to then transpire or at least have greater opportunity in finding their own success.

I don't see this happening as per the "remittance" becoming a source of great wealth for anyone specifically, but as per making sure that large amounts of such resources aren't firstly, wronglfully procured and then further used in a manner in which to solidify some hierarchical ruling class.

For instance, if I were wealthy (independently) and had a child of my own, I would IN NO WAY INCLUDE SAID CHILD in the estate beyond the share in the method I have designated in this commentary.

I don't see this as a malicious action. I do see this as actually enabling that child to experience the facets of life that I had the opportunity to experience in having made my way so to speak.

Further I believe this method would cut down on the burdens in society from places where people just have not developed the capacity to exists or enjoy that which they have... much because they know nothing else.

I WOULD IN NO WAY FORCE THIS METHOD UPON ANYONE.

I believe such forcible compliance is just as bad as is the scavengers and those other options at such levels.

This tactic would do away with the perceived possibility of procuring such accounts in those "they don't deserve it" or "I deserve it more" ways... which is laughable considering that a contracted agreement and/or "last will and testament" has NOTHING to do with what someone thinks that someone else deserves. But of course, that is one of those places within the modern methods of law practice, that seem to get blurred in the want of making a more profitable transfer for themselves as opposed to fulfilling a long term agreement where there are few who could or would even know about the violated contract.

Especially if those "other interests" can make the number of people that would know about the "new deserved transfer" allot fewer in number, if even further existent at all.

Another aspect of this method I've described for such remittance, is that it is entirely equal... and especially in the way that the type of people participating in such procurement activity utilize to try and get some "upper hand" in excuse as per "deserve."

Laughably though, when a person suggests to that type of people, the method of remittance I've described, in the same line of thought as is the excuses, they usually do much more than balk at it.... in fact, it usually presents an even more laughable round of excuse making as per why such equality no longer counts in such areas of imposed decision making pertaining to something that is not of a group discussion type of decision to begin with.

The fact is, is that prosperity is at such a level in our modern day that it has spawned an entire demographic of such scavenging. It would be hard to describe the multitude of tactics these people use, including falsified debt as some sort of claim to any given account.

I would definitely suggest such a disbursement method as per the polarization of any large sums in such a manner, to any that I ministered to.

Let's face it, you can't take it with you... why subject people you care about to the woes and worry of fending these type of people off?

Why not provide for them, the opportunity and freedom to make their own way and experience their own life?
